How do I check the status of my order?
Click on Account located in the navigation bar found on top of each page. Click on the link Order Status & History and all current and previous orders will be displayed. Select an order and view the order details.

Can I obtain my tracking number?
All merchandise available on this website are drop ship items; please contact customer service toll-free at 1-888-407-3696 for tracking number. Does sales tax apply?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on deliveries to those states where we are located. Please add the appropriate sales taxes for your area where required: CA, GA, MI.

Do you offer expedited delivery options?
Yes. An order placed by 1 pm can be shipped the same day by UPS 2nd day air and UPS Next Day air for additional fees. You will have the option in our checkout process. All orders placed after 1 pm and the expedited shipping is requested, the order will ship out the next business day via the method selected.

Can an order be shipped internationally?
Orders can only be shipped to a United States or Canadian address.

What payment methods are accepted?
Dealer orders are payable by parts account; retail orders are payable by credit card. Acceptable credit cards are Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

What is your return policy?
Customers are required to inspect items immediately upon arrival. Notification of any claim due to shortage, damage or defect will be communicated to Helm within 5 days of delivery. Helm will not accept returned items without a Returned Material Authorization Number, which will be obtained from a Helm customer service representative.

Under no circumstances will a Returned Material Authorization Number be issued after 60 days from the date of delivery.

A Returned Material Authorization Number is valid for thirty (30) days after the date issued. Items must be received within this thirty (30) day period for credit. The Returned Material Authorization Number will be labeled on the outside of the box. Reasons for returns are required at time of RMA assignment. All returns will be shipped directly back to the supplier.

All items returned for credit must arrive in the original container and packaging. Returned items must include all accessories, packaging, instructions, and other related materials; otherwise credit will not be granted for any item returned. Customer will prepay all freight and shipping charges for returned items with exception to damaged goods. Suppliers will not accept returned items C.O.D. or with freight or shipping charges due.

Is there a restocking fee?
Yes. Restocking fee is equal to the greater of $10.00 or 25% of the returned item(s) purchase price. This fee does not apply to defective items or items that have been shipped in error by the supplier.

You will need to login first. On each product web page, you will have the choice to add items to your favorites. To view items on your favorites, click on Account located in the navigation bar found on top of each page and then click on Favorites.
